Welcome to the Staff and Teams page! This guide helps you add staff members, create new teams, and manage permissions.

Overview
In Staff and Teams, you can:
- Add staff members to your organization
- Create new teams with chat handles
- Set permissions for teams (e.g., inventory access)
Getting Started
➕ Add a Staff Member
- Click + Add Staff Member.
- Enter the staff member's email address.
(Optional) Enable Owner permission:
- Owner: Full access to all settings
- Non-owner: Access limited to what you allow
Click Invite.
➕ Create a New Team
- Click + Create New Team.
Enter:
- Team Name
- Chat Tag Handle – this is used to @mention the team in any chat room
- Locations
Click + Add to add members.
Click Done.
Next Steps
Configure team permissions under Settings > General Settings > Inventory
Use chat handles to easily tag teams in conversations.
